TOPEKA – The Washburn Ichabod football team will send five former student athletes to the annual Pittsburg State Pro Day tomorrow in Pittsburg, Kan. The Ichabods scheduled to showcase their skills to an assortment of NFL talent evaluators and scouts are Cody Heiman, Michael Miller, Akhmad Abdul-Razzaq, Zach Franklin and Trevin Wiens.
The day’s activities will begin at 9 a.m. with participants filling out paper work and completing the Wunderlich Test in the Weede Lecture Hall. Physical testing will begin at 10:15 a.m. in the Pro Maxima Weight Room, including bench press, vertical jump and standing long jump. At 11:30 a.m., participants will continue testing in the Plaster Center with 40-yard dash, three-cone drill, pro agility and 60-yard shuttle.
The action will culminate with position drills at 1 p.m.
